- Registration Purpose
As stated above, completing this registration form is intended to assist in expediting the check-in process during our public access hours. However, registration does not guarantee entry to the Library & Archives. - Capacity Limits
Please note that the Library & Archives operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum capacity of 8 patrons at any given time. Once capacity is reached, additional visitors will need to wait for availability or visit during another public access session. - Closure and Limited Access
Our public access schedule is subject to changes, including closures for holidays, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. Please check our L&A page for up-to-date information on closures or limited access days before planning your visit. - Advance Planning
We encourage patrons to plan their visit in advance by contacting us directly at archives@bishopmuseum.org to confirm availability or for any questions about access. - Acknowledgment
