Celebrate the 100th anniversary of HOʻOLAULEʻA 2025 at the Bishop Museum on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Hosted by Kamehameha Schools Kapālama and the Association of Teachers and Parents, this free, family-friendly event offers a day of cultural enrichment, entertainment, and community connection.
Highlights of the event include:
- Live Entertainment: Enjoy performances by Kamehameha’s student groups, including the Ke Kula Haʻahaʻa Children’s Choir and the Ke Kula Hawaiian Ensemble. The lineup also features seasoned, multi-award-winning musical artists and dancers representing the roots of Hawaiʻi’s music lineage, such as Ei Nei, Kuana Torres Kahele, Simple Souls, The Vitals, and High Watah.
- Food Booths: Savor a variety of local dishes from a diverse selection of food vendors, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
- Silent Auction: Participate in the silent auction to support student enrichment grants and educational activities. Donations are tax-deductible and contribute directly to the Kamehameha Schools Kapālama community.
- Merchandise: Commemorate the centennial celebration by purchasing exclusive, limited-edition merchandise available for a limited time.
All proceeds from HOʻOLAULEʻA 2025 support student enrichment grants, scholarships, teacher appreciation activities, and ʻohana engagement, benefiting the Kamehameha Schools Kapālama community.
